![]() One I used to use a lot was called tsearch. If you don't mind manually finding the addresses each time the program is run, you can use Memory Editors that work with Windows programs. There was never anything like an Action Replay or Game Genie released for the Mega CD, and emulator writers tend to be a tad conservative with adding new features to Mega CD emulators I gather Mega CD emulation is a tad finicky. I regularly use Kega Fusion and Gens and neither supports any sort of cheat codes on the Mega CD. It's 2010! Soon 2011! There must be someone who knows how to do this adequately. Hopefully, someone will help me to sort this thing out. I've heard something about "GiriGiri" thing as well as "EmuCheat", however It's unclear to me. I wonder if is there any search/modify emulator that will work under WinOS and posses basic options for cheating a.k.a like Cheat Engine software!? And Gens possess only Action Replay/Game Genie codes which seem not to work for S.H.CD. In Gens+ I didn't even understand how to work with Cheats and Search options for them. Best results were in Gens32, thanks to the Search Cheat option - however after i search for address the search option simply says "More." not defining what's the correct address/value. I've used emulators such as Gens, Gens+ and utterly Gens32. ![]() I've done my search and I did notice that people have search/modify address option at Xbox emulator for Sega CD, however i don't posses Xbox. Now, I wonder about Shining Force CD cheats, a.k.a editing the memory options involved in-game. I hope that there won't be misunderstandings and if there're I'll make sure to correct myself (or you, lol) depending of the factor involved. Those who know how much this game series mean to each and every of you - you know what I' talking about.Īnyway, I'm not native English speaker and for that - I'm sorry. On the "Software Planning" screen, hold down A,B,C and rotate the control pad clockwise on controller two.Quite frankly I must say that I'm thrilled by so many fans of this game who're living their lives with it. In battle 21, have someone search the first gargoyle statue. Then, you'll have to search the shadow of the central tower. In battle 18, move your leader up to the wall and search it. In battle 12, search the bushes near the lake. In battle 19, search to the right of the drawbrige. If you are dedicated enough, you could start Battle 2 with all characters at level 99 promoted. However, while the rings can crack, they cannot break, so it is possible to simply keep everyone standing next to each other, use their rings and gain as many levels as you desire. When used, there is a chance the ring will crack. Each time you power up 5 people gives the caster 20 XP. Using this ring casts Boost 1 on up to 5 characters at a time. In the first battle of Book 1, every character is equipped with a Protect Ring. After the girl says great, you should get a screen that says Control Enemies with a Yes/No prompt. If you want to use this cheat on a new game, move the cursor to the difficulty level that you want to select, and Press and hold Start + A at the same time. Highlight a save, and Press and Hold Start + A at the same time. ![]() Once you have it will work on any save game from that Book, including a new game. You must have completed the book you intend this use this one on already, and have a save with a clear game flag on it already, or will not work. After picking your name, hold those same three buttons again." "At the game's title screen, hit Up, Down, Up, Down, B, then hold Start, A, and C. ![]() You can then rename all of the characters. To rename all of your characters, after you name your main character, move the courser to end and press start and the A button. Rename all the characters in your party. ![]()
